AllergoneMD is designed to use secure systems, access controls, and appropriate business associate agreements for services that create, receive, maintain, or transmit protected health information.
State-specific eligibility
Care is provided only where the treating clinician is authorized to practice. Availability, consent, prescribing, and follow-up requirements are confirmed for each patient’s location at the time of care.
Consent & pediatric care
Patients complete applicable telehealth consent. A parent or legal guardian must participate and provide consent for a minor’s visit, subject to applicable law.
Privacy Policy

AllergoneMD collects information you provide when requesting or receiving care, including contact, demographic, payment, scheduling, and health information. We use it to coordinate and provide services, process payment, communicate with you, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations, and improve operations.
Health information is handled under applicable law and our Notice of Privacy Practices. We may share information with clinicians, service providers, payment processors, and others as permitted or required by law. We do not sell protected health information. Website communications should not be used for urgent or highly sensitive medical information. This website provides general information and access to telemedicine services; it does not itself establish a clinician-patient relationship. A relationship begins only after required intake, consent, eligibility review, and acceptance by a treating clinician.
Do not use AllergoneMD for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for severe trouble breathing, throat or tongue swelling, fainting, or a suspected severe allergic reaction. Services are self-pay, billed at $129 per consultation, and insurance is not accepted. Appointments may be canceled without a cancellation fee at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Content is provided without a guarantee of a diagnosis, prescription, or specific outcome.

Depending on applicable law, patients may request access, amendment, restriction, confidential communications, an accounting of certain disclosures, or a copy of this notice. Patients may submit a privacy complaint without retaliation.
