State-specific eligibility

Care is provided only where the treating clinician is authorized to practice. Availability, consent, prescribing, and follow-up requirements are confirmed for each patient’s location at the time of care.

Consent & pediatric care

Patients complete applicable telehealth consent. A parent or legal guardian must participate and provide consent for a minor’s visit, subject to applicable law.
